The file format should be CSV and have the following fields as indicated below. ALL fields are compulsoryWhen a file is uploaded successfully, an email will be sent every three months on the same date in order to be able to track service trends. You can stop these emails at any time in the email Management section and trade partners can choose to un-subscribe from the monthly service reviews.
Send an Individual Service Review
Rather than uploading a complete file, you can send individual review requests by completing the fields below.As with the trade partner data file, when an email is sent successfully, an email will be sent every three months on the same date in order to be able to track service trends.
